Ballistic Competition Class Add On
Includes Competition level training 3 nights a week:
-Ballistic Breaking with I. Parker Mondays @8PM
-Ballistic Sparring with M. Seth Wednesdays @8PM
-Ballistic Poomsae with M. Trae Fridays @8PM
Master Seth, 6th dan master and graduate of 6 Tae Kwon Do University courses, has greatly expanded and reinforced his knowledge of modern Sparring tactics, drills, and fundamentals, and wanted to have a very direct way to share it with students.
Ballistic is a play on Master Seth's last name "Balestrieri". It can mean to be "Wild and crazy" or can describe projectiles in flight, as our sparring competitors will move so fast it will be as if they are flying across the mat. The name is also meant to steer students who want a more casual sparring class away from participating. It also creates a fun cheer for when students are in competition and we want them to push a little deeper. "Go BALLISTIC!"
With the competition world also expanding to other categories: Board Breaking and Poomsae - we have expanded our competition class as well.
Elite Instructor Parker has competed nationally in board breaking, and will share tips and tricks on how to break effectively. High level skills, conditioning drills, and understanding the rules.
Master Trae Sealey is a two time national medalist in Poomsae and can show you what it takes to be a Poomsae Legend! Don't miss out on this great experience!

For any students who wishes to register the price is a $39 monthly add on to membership and includes all 3 classes - most members will likely be only interested in one or two of the topics, but the price has not changed from when we offered one class - so there are no drop in class or 1x per week options - $39 a month for high level training! - MUST ALSO BE A STUDENT!
