Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do is our core program, and is an ancient art form that comes from South Korea.  Tae Kwon Do is now a modern Olympic sport.  Our program takes all the benefits, conditioning, and skills of modern TKD, without losing the philosophies, values, and practicality of traditional TKD.

Kumdo

At our Academy, students will have the opportunity to achieve ranks in our white belt - black belt Korean sword curriculum.  Studying the sword has many benefits to it's practitioner.  You will improve upper-body strength, balance, coordination, footwork, accuracy, speed, power, and confidence.

Hapkido

​ It is another martial art we offer that originated from Korea.  What makes Hapkido unique is that it is a softer style martial art focusing on circular movements.  Hapkido is very practically centered, and focuses heavily on teaching it's practitioners how to defend themselves in the street, or protect themselves from falling.
